Four Corners Air Quality Group to host meeting in Durango

The Four Corners Air Quality Group will host its annual meeting from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave.

The meeting will provide updates about a number of air quality issues affecting the region. Members of the public are invited to participate and ask questions about air quality issues affecting the region.

Topics will range from ozone policy issues, power plants, monitoring trends analysis, new legislation and regional haze planning. It will include updates about the Southern Ute Indian Tribe’s air programs as well as the tribe’s methane capture system and the Navajo Nation’s Title V program. Agencies will present program updates.
