What A Girl Wants Expo will be held Saturday, Nov. 12 at La Plata County Fairgrounds in Durango. Show hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults; children under 12 are free. The first 300 women will receive an exclusive insulated lunch bag sponsored by First National Bank of Durango.
More than 70 vendors will display all kinds of services and products of interest to women - cosmetics and skincare, health and fitness, sewing and quilting, clothing and jewelry, handbags, motorcycles, exercise products, food and cooking, antiques, holiday gifts, and more.
The Yellow Carrot will offer food and drink in the dining area, and Four Leaves Winery will have wine tastings, as well as wine sales by the glass or the bottle. Honey House Distillery also will have tastings, too.
A "Man Cave," new to the show this year, will be in the Extension Building and include a large screen TV and beer.
The Strater Hotel is providing a Girls' Night Out package as a door prize, consisting of one night's lodging for four ladies, with dinner and drink allowance. Other door prizes include a craft brewing bag, a wine and chocolate bag, and a coffee bag from Durango Joe's.
What A Girl Wants Expo is produced by Four Corners Expos, and sponsored by First National Bank of Durango, The Strater Hotel and The Durango Herald.
