Four Corners Writers will unveil the cover and publicly announce the selections to be included in “Four Corners Voices – Volume 2,” a new collection of poetry, essays and short stories, at 5 p.m. Oct. 7 at Cortez Public Library, 202 N. Park St.
This free event is open to the public.
The publication follows the 2024 collection “Four Corners Voices” that won the 2025 Colorado Book Award for Best Anthology.
At the event, the editors will announce the writers of the 25 poems, 13 essays and 13 short stories that were chosen from 180 total submissions. Several writers will also read samples of their work.
The anthology publication is made possible by a grant from the LOR Foundation and Ballantine Family Fund.
