Colorado Legal Services will present a free clinic about how to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy from 9:30 a.m. to noon Monday at Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave.
Registration by phone is required for attendance.
The clinic is for low-income debtors who qualify and will provide participants step-by-step instructions about the bankruptcy-filing process and clarify the necessary documentation.
