The Life-long Learning Free Lecture Series will present “The Hidden Power of Living Soil” by Tom Bartels at 7 p.m. Thursday in Room 130 of Nobel Hall at Fort Lewis College.
Bartels, an award-winning media producer who explores environmental issues, will discuss his work over the last 17 years using intensive methods to grow food in living soil. He will also address new research about how regenerative agriculture can contribute to climate solutions through carbon sequestration.
