Durango Friends of the Arts will hold a general membership meeting Thursday in the Pullman Room at the Strater Hotel, 699 Main Ave.
The meeting, one of the most important of the year, will discuss community grants for the arts. Grant recipients from 2018 will attend and give brief presentations about how the nonprofit benefited their art projects.
A cash bar will open at 5 p.m., with presentations at 5:30 p.m. The event is open to Friends of the Arts members and their guests.
