Friends of the Durango Library will hold a book and bake sale from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 19 at the library, 1900 East Third Ave.
There will be a summer clearance sale, with all books $1 (paperbacks and children’s books are five for $1).
The bake sale is by Durango Botanic Gardens.
Sales are cash or check only, and shoppers are asked to bring their own bags.
