Friends remember Morley

Friends gathered Monday night for an informal celebration of Morley Ballantine’s induction into the Colorado Woman’s Hall of Fame at the Rochester Hotel. Ballantine, who was inducted March 20 in Denver, was honored for her contributions to journalism and philanthropic contributions within the community and across the state. She was editor and owner of The Durango Herald from 1952 to 2009.
