A garden party to celebrate the lives of Wild Bill and Mickie Thurstan will be held at 1 p.m. Oct. 27 at 12995 U.S. Highway 550 in Durango.
Thurston and her husband were well-known supporters of a variety of endeavors in La Plata County. There will be food and drink.
