Gardner, Tipton choose pollution vs. people

If you value clean water and air, and are concerned about climate change, the League of Conservation Voters just released its most recent National Environmental Scorecard of our members of Congress.

It is based on their 2017 voting record and represents the consensus of experts from about 20 respected environmental and conservation organizations. 100 rating is the best possible score.

Results for our area: Sen. Michael Bennet, (D-Denver), 84, Sen. Cory Gardner, (R-Yuma), 0 (zero!), Rep. Scott Tipton (R-Cortez), 6.

Colorado shows a huge gulf between the parties on environmental issues and Gardner and Tipton choosing pollution over people.
