Gardner’s snit is now hurting Republicans

Senator Cory Gardner is blocking Trump’s nominees for the Department of Justice, allowing Obama appointees to stay in place, simply to show his displeasure about Attorney General Jeff Sessions saying that duly-enacted laws will be enforced.

Even though Sessions has indicated that he will not go out of his way to enforce marijuana laws, laws which are still on the books until the Congress says otherwise, Gardner is pulling a snit and hurting Republicans. He’s done this long enough now that it’s time to remove him: either a recall election or at the ballot box during the next election.

With Cory Gardner in office, who needs Democrats?
