On March 1, I will be showing the 100th movie in the La Plata County Jail.

Twice a week, I show inspiring movies to two different groups of men. The goal is to inspire men to change their lives. They look forward every time for movie nights. These men are in jail because they didn’t have mentors who inspired them to live lives of honor, service and integrity.

I want to thank Ericka Curlee from Louisa’s Movie House for giving me free rental movies to show at the jail. Sheriff Smith and his staff have been supportive. The deputies are always interested about my movie selections. I am able to serve these men through Good News Jail and Prison Ministry. The men in jail have been pleasure to be with. After each movie, we have excellent discussions.
