‘Get carded’ at Pine River Library

Pine River Library in Bayfield announced that September is library card month and residents are encouraged to visit the facility and learn about the services it offers.

Photo identification and proof of a current address is required to receive a library card, which allows access to not only all reading and multimedia material, but notary and passport services; crafts and activities; community events; voter and motor vehicle registration assistance; reading and technology advice and instruction; the library park and community garden and more.

Those who register for a new library card can be entered in one of four drawings for prizes, such as community room use and a free annual membership for a garden bed at the library, located at 395 Bayfield Center Drive, in Bayfield.
