Gov. Polis ordered flags lowered Tuesday to honor the passing of former Colorado legislator Tilman Bishop.
Gov. Jared Polis has ordered the United States and Colorado flags be lowered to half-staff statewide on all public buildings from sunrise to sunset Tuesday to honor former Colorado legislator Tilman Bishop. Bishop served 28 years in the Colorado Legislature.
Bishop died June 16 in Grand Junction.
Services will be held on Tuesday.
