The Mount Allison Grange, 2622 County Road 229 in Allison, will hold a sourdough baking workshop at 10:30 a.m. April 20.
There will be information about how to grow and maintain sourdough starter, bread recipes, recipes for using discard and sample baked goods.
This is a free event open to the public.
