Grange to host ‘For the Love of Herbs’

The Animas Valley Grange invites the public to attend a talk about herb gardening given by Camilla Potter at 6:30 p.m. April 17 at the Animas Valley Grange Hall, 7271 County Road 203.

The talk is about how to plant easy-to-grow herbs in the Colorado climate and how to use them. Potter is a Master Gardener and is president of the Mountain Thyme Herb Society, which installed and maintains the Mountain Thyme Sundial Herb Garden at the Durango Botanical Gardens.

The program is free. Refreshments will be served at 6:15 p.m. ]
