The Great Decisions 2019 Discussion Group will meet from 11:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Tuesday , at Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave., to discuss “Decoding U.S. - China Trade.” The discussion will be led by Kim Martin and will present background materials and a film by the Foreign Policy Association, as well as a discussion of the issues.
