Green Drinks will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday at 11th Street Station, 1101 Main Ave. The presenting organizations will be Visit Durango, Friends of Dark Sky and La Plata Development Alliance’s Project Run and Workforce Housing programs.
The Green Drink events are organized by the Sustainability Alliance of Southwest Colorado to showcase local nonprofit organizations with an environmental or social mission. These gatherings also give like-minded people interested in community building the opportunity to chat and share a beer.
They are held at 5 p.m. the last Thursday of each month at 11th Street Station on Main Avenue.
