A groundbreaking for Mesa Verde Senior Living and Memory Care Community, a new 124-apartment senior living community to be constructed in Durango, will be held at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday at the project site, 380 Crader Ranch Road.
Taking part in the ceremony will be Durango Chamber officials, as well as others from the state of Colorado, city of Durango and more.
Mesa Verde Assisted Living and Memory Care will meet a growing need in Durango and the surrounding area for seniors who need personalized assistance with their health care needs. The community will include 92 Senior Living and 32 Memory Care apartments.
