I wish to take this opportunity to encourage La Plata county citizens to get out and vote, and to vote for Charles Hamby for sheriff. I have been impressed with Charles Hamby’s stance to enforce the laws and give equal protection to all of our citizens. Charles has 29 years of law enforcement experience and is currently the captain of the Southern Ute Rangers.
Vote for someone who will keep politics out of the sheriff’s office. Someone who will be accountable, who will hold the safety of the citizenry and our peace officers as the top priority.
