Can the residents of Durango expect the city manager, councilors and related staff to resign regarding the massive changes, expenses and delays of the new sewer plant? And for the loss of the park, the eyesore, and the tragic decision to build in our town and, most important, its entry by visitors?
Call the former Council, the city manager and others to task and demand explanations and their resignations.
