Nicole Clark, family and consumer science agent at the Colorado State University Extension Office in La Plata County, will teach a “Healthy Substitutions for Holiday Cooking” class from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, at the Pine River Library, 395 Bayfield Center Drive.
Participants will learn how to lighten up a holiday menu with easy and tasty ingredient substitutions. Advance registration is required.
