Heart Safe La Plata, a local nonprofit organization, is now offering community CPR, AED, basic first aid and basic life support classes with COVID-19 precautions from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Mondays at the La Plata County Fairgrounds Animas Room.
Heart Safe also offers private classes for groups of six to nine people, and remote classes for groups and individuals.
