The last time the media took a cheap shot at a sitting president’s children, Harry Truman threatened to punch a Washington Post critic in the nose over a review of daughter Margaret Truman’s piano-playing skills.
Since then, the children of presidents have been off limits – until the Herald ran an editorial cartoon of a tax return on April 15th indicating that those children with the last name of Trump were on the take.
What a bush league decision.
