With 14 points and seven rebounds versus Northside, he-along with Vines (19 pts.) and Carlson (15)-proved effective with the ex-Bobcat controlling the paint.
Trailing league-leading Cairns and second-place Brisbane entering Round 6 play, the Pirates next host the 0-4 Gladstone Port City Power (which also had a Round 5 'bye') on June 7.
