Hickenlooper must decide death penalty

The death penalty in Colorado needs to be decided. We should still use the death sentence, especially in cases such as cases where a person randomly goes and murders innocent people in cold blood. An example of this is when Nathan Dunlap went into the Chuck E. Cheese and shot five of his co-workers, killing four of them. Why should he still live after he killed four people and almost killed a fifth? However, the issue just needs to be decided.

It will not make a huge difference if it is banned, but we just need to know which way it is going to go. Gov. John Hickenlooper needs to stop avoiding making the decision and decide whether or not Dunlap is going to be put to death. By not making a decision, he is making both sides of the argument mad: the people who are for the death penalty by not putting Dunlap to death, and the people who are against it by not banning the death penalty altogether. Hickenlooper needs to make the decision.
