History comes alive at Bayfield Elementary

William Shakespeare, portrayed here by Trenton Espinosa, is visiting Bayfield Elementary School this week as part of the annual 'wax museum' created by fifth-grade students. Shakespeare was born around 1564 and was the father of three and author of more than 1,800 poems, according to Espinosa's research. He died on April 23, 1616. All students researched a historical figure, assembled period costumes, and presented their work this week at school as part of their final grades.
