The HomesFund will hold home buyer education classes from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Feb. 23 on the campus of Fort Lewis College.
Topics covered in class include: budgeting and debt; credit; insurance; lending; real estate; home maintenance; and energy efficiency.

Those who attend the class gain access to the HomFund’s “Down Payment Assistance funds” and learn how pre-purchasing counseling can help achieve homeownership.
