The HomesFund will be holding two home-buyer education classes in October.
The first is Thursday, Oct. 4, in the Bayfield Town Hall building, and the second is on Saturday, Oct. 13, in Sittner Family Hall Room 710 on the Fort Lewis College campus, 1000 Rim Drive. Classes start at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m.
Topics to be covered include: budgeting and debt; credit; insurance; lending; real estate; and home maintenance/energy efficiency.
