Horizon Properties, Durango’s longest-standing real estate firm, has moved from the North valley location back to its original spot at 1129 Main Ave.

With the relaunch, the firm has welcomed two new teammates: Alexa Schlittgen, a Durango native returning after a decade of many careers in San Francisco, and Barry Cheatham, a longtime Colorado resident and outdoor enthusiast with a background in construction and engineering.

The firm will likely welcome another Realtor or two in the next year, and will aim to maintain its small-team approach to provide the best possible value and service.
