I have recently returned to Durango after some years away. My old way to town is blocked off. What happened to Horse Gulch? We had public motorcycle lands there and Grandview in the ancient sand dunes. Spent many Fridays and Saturdays, watching people trying to do the hill climb. If you know, you know. Horse Gulch was our playground. I guess you can bike it now. Not much else. This town dies just a little all the time.
