I was so saddened recently to see horses downtown. Do you know they’re actually outlawing this practice in Manhattan because people are finally waking up to its inherent cruelty? These poor animals are not meant to pound the pavement and suffer through drunk, loud people at nighttime when they should be in a pasture. City officials, please look at this and don’t allow the cruelty to continue. Durango is quite fine without this stupid, archaic practice.
