It appears we have a musical group coming to Durango which has chosen to call itself Cherry Poppin’ Daddies.
Whether they chose this name to be humorous, confrontational or aspirational, as a father and grandfather to intelligent, independent women, I am offended.
Within the enlightenment of #metoo, I would hope for a moment of self-reflection from those who would seek to promote, profit from or participate in this celebration of debauchery.
