I have to express my utter astonishment at the Herald’s endorsement of the Republican candidates for governor and secretary of state. Any candidate that affiliates with the Republican Party as it is constituted at this time in our political history deserves nothing but contempt!
Notable conservatives like George Will, David Jolly, Steve Schmidt and many others have withdrawn their affiliation. Simply put, the current Republican strategy is to lie. They cannot be trusted, no matter their record.
And then there’s your reasons for not supporting Jared Polis, the Democrat for governor: primarily because he’s using his own wealth to support his progressive campaign? What better purpose for his wealth than to drive home essential values, and to promote renewable energy, and health care for everyone”?
So now you go low so you can look “fair and balanced?”
