If Trump does not divest, impeach him

Donald Trump is being highly unethical and believes he is above the law. He should not be president if he cannot divest himself of his company.

As he himself said, ”I cannot unknow what I know.” So, just because he says his sons will run his business and not talk to him – and of course, since he is a man of his word we should believe him – he still knows who are his partners, who invested in his business, who he owes money to.

This does not make me feel safe and secure. This also sets a precedent and soon all our officials will be using their position and insider knowledge to make money. We cannot and should not allow this to happen. If we do, then we have only ourselves to blame for what comes next.

If Trump does not divest, then he should be impeached. He is not above the law. We must unite for the good of every American citizen. We must come together and hold our so-called ‘representatives’ accountable. They are supposed to represent us and answer to us. They are supposed to vote according to our wishes – not theirs.

Please become an involved citizen and write your representatives. We need to protect American values while we can – or else all of America will become the swamp.
