Ignacio Community Library will host a virtual talk “Sleep: What You Need to Know” at 6 p.m. Wednesday via Zoom.
Dennis Aronson, retired senior instructional designer and Peace Corps alumnus who has participated in the local Lifelong Learning program, will give a talk about sleep. Topics will include why humans spend one-third of their lives sleeping, what happens during sleep and what happens when people don’t get enough sleep.
There will also be a Q&A session directly after the talk.
