Ribbon cutting from 5 to 5:30, followed by self-guided tours and community potluck with Pine River Shares. Horsedrawn wagon rides, a costume contest and games also are scheduled.
SUCAP Youth Services will host a haunted house from 7 to 10 p.m. for $5 per person.
