Egger-Morris
FAIRFAX, Virginia - Amethyst Egger-Morris, a student at Ignacio High School, has been selected as a National Youth Delegate to the 2018 Washington Youth Summit on the Environment at George Mason University.
Egger-Morris will join 300 students from across the country to participate in a week-long study of leadership in environmental science and conservation. Egger-Morris was chosen based on academic accomplishments and leadership in the sciences and conservation studies.
George Mason University, along with its partners, National Geographic and the National Zoo, will welcome these young scholars to Washington, D.C. June 24 to 29.
