It is tradition, not treason, to resist tyranny

I was horrified by the results of the election, but after I got over the shock, I decided I would give Mr. Trump a chance. Maybe he would surprise me and become a respectful leader.

That hope was crushed when Trump stated that the 3 million votes Hillary Clinton won by didn’t count because they were illegal. What a sore winner! Can’t the man just accept victory?

When “Dirty Don” signs a bill in the oval office, he is surrounded by his “white” house staff who look like they have just been lobotomized. They just nod at any lame and corrupt law that Don can make up. I love this country, but I can’t support this spiteful creature for president. When asked if he would support the results of the election if he lost, he said he would have to think about it. This is not an American citizen. His motto is “ask not what you can do for your country, but what your country can do for you.” Sad!

As a veteran, I am shocked that he was dismissed from military service because of a sore toe. What a guy! And he belittles Sen. John McCain!

It is sickening to think that the White House will be soiled by the Trump family. Can it ever be de-sleazed? Already, his family members are selling themselves like whores for profit.

How can we have this shallow, selfish creature leading our country? Whether Trump is called Mr. President, “commander-in-sleaze,” “molester-in-chief” or just the Puppet of Putin, we the majority have a duty to resist him.

Every citizen must closely watch him and call or email our representatives when he is stepping over the line by repealing good laws with one hand and tearing up the Constitution with the other. Remember, people, that alternative facts are lies and it is not treason, but an American custom, to resist a tyrant. Please, God, forgive the likes of Bannon, Pence, Spicer, Conway and that turncoat Paul Ryan for selling their souls to that orange-haired devil. Please resist “Divine Donny” and “let America shine again.”
