Fort Lewis College goalkeeper Elliot Chadderton will look for his eighth career shutout when the Skyhawks open the 2016-17 season against No. 7 Midwestern State. Chadderton is playing for a new head coach in 2016, as former FLC player and assistant coach David Oberholtzer replaces Oige Kennedy on the sidelines. Oberholtzer was an assistant coach for the Skyhawks during two national championship runs and will look to return the Skyhawks to that level of greatness. FLC and Midwestern State are 6-6-3 all time against each other.
