Snowstorm arrives on winter solstice

White stuff actually began falling the evening of Dec. 21, and residents have been shoveling and plowing ever since. The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning from Tuesday morning until Wednesday morning.
Snow is forecast to continue falling through Saturday, with the storm clearing out on Sunday.
