It’s showtime

Nine-year-old Shawn Campbell, center, his aunt Katie Walter, left, and uncle Kyle Walter were busy Tuesday afternoon making a bed for Shawn’s Hereford steer, Junior, at the La Plata County Fairgrounds. Shawn said this will be his first time to show an animal at the La Plata County Fair. Shawn is a member of the Ignacio Westerneers 4-H.
