Jennifer Simon Rummery has joined Volunteers of America Colorado in donor development serving the Durango community.
She brings more than a decade of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising and community engagement. Her background includes leadership roles with KSUT Four Corners Public Radio, the American Cancer Society, 1st National Bank of Durango and SoundTraxx, as well as marketing and communications positions with regional organizations and businesses.
A longtime Durango resident, Rummery has deep ties to the community and a strong history of supporting local nonprofit initiatives. In her new role, she will focus on building relationships and supporting VOA Colorado’s programs in Southwest Colorado, including services for individuals, veterans and families experiencing housing instability and domestic violence.
