Instructor Jill Tierney will offer gentle yoga flow classes with chair and standing poses at 9 a.m. every Wednesday in the Anasazi Room at Durango/La Plata Senior Center, 2424 Main Ave.
Classes will focus on Hatha yoga with mindful breathing (pranayama) and postures (asana) while moving through a flowing sequence. Chairs may be used a prop. Participants will not need to get up and down from the floor.
Cost is $25 for five coupons.
