Join movement to curb judges’ power

More and more people are waking up to the fact that we have the authority to change what we do not like about the current laws and corrupt practices in Colorado. The local reinstitution of the common-law grand jury is one of the steps we can take to protect ourselves. Another step is dealing with our courts. There are two Colorado state petitions circulating that can help end judicial tyranny and hold judges accountable for their misconduct against us all. Today, judges can do as they please and break any laws they wish because they are not held accountable by law. Why? Because the judges make the rules for disciplining themselves, and they rarely do that (97 percent of complaints are dismissed).

The Two-thirds Majority Amendment and The Honest Judge Amendment are the two issues we need to voice our opinions on. If you are comfortable with standing before a judge who cannot be disciplined for his illegal actions against us or ignoring the rule of law, the Colorado Constitution and statutes (which we have ample documentation on locally), then we are subjecting ourselves to a dictatorship via the judicial branch of our servant government. If we choose not to change this, we deserve what we get. If you want to make a difference, then sign these petitions at our Constitution classes at 6 p.m. Thursdays at the Quality Inn in Pagosa Springs or contact the Archuleta County Guard at 731-7311 to arrange a place to sign them. You can also print out your own petition at www.cleanupthecourts.org/petitions.html and obtain your own signatures. Contact us on the proper steps to take to make them legally valid. You only need eight signatures per petition. There is great momentum in Colorado to help take back our liberties. You can support this or simply ignore it and reap the consequences from out-of-control judges who do as they please. You’ve seen it, right? Please join the wave of truth-seeking and defending our liberties – locally and across Colorado.
