The joint meeting between the Durango City Council and the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners scheduled for 4 p.m. Tuesday was postponed.
It has been rescheduled for 4 p.m. March 3 at the La Plata County Courthouse in Durango.
The meeting was part of a continued effort to negotiate a joint planning agreement and transitional development standards that would apply to areas outside city limits where Durango expects to annex and offer water service.
City officials said the meeting was moved because City Attorney David Smith fell ill and was unable to attend.
