Kaiut Yoga Durango announced it will now offer classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Animas Valley Grange, 7271 County Road 203.
Kaiut Yoga is a unique method of yoga that combines chiropractic methodology, biomechanics (freedom of movement) and yogic wisdom. Its three core themes are sustainability, function over form and inclusivity (no levels).
The new classes will be held in addition to the classes held every day but Sunday at the Three Springs location, 258 Pioneer Ave.
