I am writing in support of Kim Baxter, City Council candidate. I have known Kim for several years. I am impressed with her dedication, experience, knowledge and passion for service. She has been involved in the community and is smart, capable, and able to analyze complex issues.

If she is elected to City Council, Kim will be an even greater asset to Durango.
