Kip Koso for Durango City Council

Candidates like Kip Koso don’t come around very often, and Durango will benefit from his leadership on City Council.

As a local business owner, I want a city councilor who acts with integrity, solves problems, communicates well, cooperates with others and stays focused on the ultimate goal; government that improves our quality of life.

Kip graduated from Leadership La Plata over 20 years ago and has spent most of his career in leadership positions. He has deep connections with county leadership, the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, local nonprofits and the business community. These connections, and the reputation he has earned through years of hard work, will play a critical role in improving the relationship among all of these important groups.

I want a city councilor who will pick up the phone and engage in hard conversations that will benefit our local community. I want cooperation through communication and engagement. Kip Koso is the candidate who has the skills, the connections, the desire to serve, and the personal drive to make this happen. I am grateful Kip Koso has decided to run for City Council, and I encourage everyone to vote for him in March.
