The Kiwanis Club of Durango will meet at noon Thursday at the Durango Community Recreation Center, 2700 Main Ave.
Durango City Councilor Dick White and Mayor Pro Tem Melissa Youssef will speak about Ballot Initiative 2A.
The meeting is open to all, and lunch will be available for $13.
